The Lean Body Project! | 30 Day Summer Body Challenge ♡

Hello guys, I wanted to bring you a really quick post, because I REALLY wanted to share this with you as I'm particularly excited to undertake this challenge. It's called The 30 day Lean Body Challenge ( 30 Day Summer Body Challenge on Facebook).

If you're agains these kind of posts or do not agree, please read the disclaimer right at the bottom or quit this page. This is for those who want to get fit and are unhappy with their body. The reason I'm sharing this with you, is because this is an event taking place on Facebook (here) where you can sign up, what exited me the most is that it's absolutely FREE! This guide provides 2 options, home exercise and gym exercises. You DO NOT have to go to the gym to be able to undertake the challenge! It also provides you with recipes and eating/detox guides, shopping list and many more benefits! All you need to sign up is your name, e-mail and confirmation. It's perfect if you don't have much time in the day to just get on with it for 10 minutes! It seems similar to the Kayla guide if anyone has heard of that! I really hope you guys join me in this challenge as I think you'd be crazy not to. These kind of guides really don't come about so easily and they can get particularly expensive! Another event that is taking place is the LEG, BUMS AND TUMS (here) but it's not as structured, though in combination with 10 minutes workout above when you have little bit more time in the day could be perfect!

I've gathered a few fitspo pictures for you to help motivate you just as well as me! Don't forget, exercise has so many benefits for your body, health and wellbeing. I truly believe that exercise is key to a happier life, you feel better in general, about yourself, you gain mor motivation, become more active, less lazy which helps you do more and be more productive in a day. Challenges like these I think are particularly amazing because after you perhaps push yourself through those 30 days, exercising will become a lifestyle rather than something you're forcing yourself to do. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we really have to push ourselves for at least the first couple of days, get out of bed and get it done (she says while typing in bed). Though once you do it will will be easier in the future. It will become just something you do! LET'S DO IT GIRLS, BECAUSE WE CAN!

Source here. This is my old Zumba teacher Hayley Care from when I lived in Cornwall. She does all sorts of classes, and i recommend her 100% if you're from Cornwall and want and amazing, high spirited, energetic and fun fitness teacher!

So the last thing I want to say is that I'm not promoting unhealthy eating, I'm promoting a healthy diet, with all the nutrients and good foods. As you will see in the eating plans the waiting is very hearty and filling because of the exercises you're advised to do. You are all beautiful and if you don't feel like it there are things you can do to work towards your goals!

P.s I'm not saying this will 100% work, because I'm a newbe to it too, but it looks very effective and at least a little bit of exercise is more than nothing!! As well as it being really similar to Kayla guide which is EXTREMELY effective!

*Declaimer- I'm in no shape or form suggesting that curvy isn't beautiful, in fact I go to Zumba and do other home exercises that would allow me to develop curves. I think beautiful is confidence and in whatever skin or size you feel most comfortable in- that's the real beauty. I personally admire larger sizes and the way they carry themselves is very inspiring.  I want to do this challenge to improve my fitness and health levels more than I want to loose weight and to improve my health both physically and mentally. I would do this through exercising and yes, perhaps dropping a few pounds along the way wouldn't hurt too much! I believe that true beauty lies within a person, and don't ever feel like the things you don't like about yourself on the outside define who you are as a person. There is beauty in every single on of us.
