This post is NOT about holy grail products as I haven't tried enough products or found mine yet. These are merely 'products' not like brands or specific items that I have to use.. So mine are mascara, eyeliner and foundation!
So out of the mascaras I've tried and used so far, this Soap and Glory one (I know, such an unusual brand, like it's not but you wouldn't associate it with good makeup) I've been LOVING. It gives me volume and slight thickness, but mostly natural looking lashes which is perfect for everyday!
Then my favourite foundation so far, which is this Rimmel London Wake me Up, but again, for a more natural finish. I do like the effect it gives of a radiant finish, but it doesn't make me look greasy, so therefore I can get away with using this without powder.
So lastly, I went for eyeliner. I was going to go for a liquid, but this one is more versatile, like you can use it on your waterline, as an eyeliner and smoke it out a little too. And I can't only just use mascara, mascara and a pencil liner just go and in hand, it's like salt and pepper or bonnie and clyde, Romeo and Juliet.... You get the jist. But if I wear one my eyes just don't look the same.
It's just if I have at least a slight coverage on my face and bolder eyes, I'm good to go. So here are my top 3 makeup items! What are your three products? Have you done a similar post? Leave a comment and a link to your blog as I would love to see your similar posts!
Stay as beautiful as you are
Lots of love

I love it. Also I like this foundation by Rimmel London Wake me up. I have oily skin, but most people says that this foundation isn't good for me.
ReplyDeleteIf you feel good wearing it I would carry on. It's light weight and so I love it for everyday! Do you think it makes your face look even more oily or not? Thanks for visiting!! ♡

Deletelovely post , i have yet to try the rimmel wake me up foundation which sounds good too :)
ReplyDeleteThank you darling! Ir's really good if you want something light and dewy, rather than matte and full coverage. If you want something with more coverage, this foundation may not be for you. I also find that it goes on better under a primer and with the hands rather than a brush! BUTTTTT I have yet to try it with a beauty blender :)
DeleteDefinitely want to try the Soap and Glory mascara on my next mascara buy! sounds really nice

It's really good.. I like the fact that it has one of the original old school chunky brushes (http://prettyinglamm.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/with-those-funny-little-things.html) the link to a picture I have of the actual brush! Just gives that nice natural looking lash! heehe xxx
DeleteThose would be my choices too :-)
ReplyDeleteBright and Shiny
Twnining! Those are just very simple and quick to use I find :)
DeleteI'd switch the eyeliner for blusher and the Rimmel would be Estee Lauder Double Wear. Great post!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, I have followed via Bloglovin :)
